Meet the Team

At DFSLS, we believe that each client should have an active voice in shaping the support they receive. Clients play a central role in selecting their SLS staff and are given regular opportunities to reflect on and evaluate these relationships, and if a client feels a change is needed, they may request a staff change at any time through a respectful, person-centered process. Empowerment is at the heart of our approach, and clients are supported in making informed choices about their daily routines, personal goals, and participation in community activities so each person has the freedom, tools, and support needed to live a life that reflects their values and preferences.
